Autobiography

I was born in Grand Prairie Texas on May 15, 1985 to the parents of Harvey and Karen Washington. I am the middle child of three and am the only girl. I have an older brother Harvey Lee Washington IV and a younger brother Vuray Washington. I spent many of my childhood travelling do to missionary work that my father took part in as a child. When I was about 6 years old we moved to Levelland and I spent a good amount of my elementary years there before we moved back to the DFW metropolitan.

Marriage

When I was young through the teachings of keeping yourself till marriage became very important. During my teenage years it was tough but through the grace of God I was able to keep myself for my husband till marriage. I am now married to a wonderful man Evangelist Ernest Childers and we became one on September 2, 2007 which is my father in laws birthday whom passed away. We both have been blessed with three beautiful boys together, Esaias Lee Childers who was born April 15, 2009, Ezra Eleazar Childers who was born April 28, 2011, and Ephraim Lebbaeus Childers who was born May 9, 2016 (and praying for a daughter). Through our marriage I can say there has been ups and downs but what I must boast in is that our God Yahweh has been good to us and he is able to mend what Satan tries to destroy. We are going on our 11th year of marriage this year and we are happier than ever. We both as parents strive to be active in church and raising our children in the ways of the Lord so they one day is able to fight the temptations of this world.

Church

Through my years in church I became very active in the youth community and did earn the honorable title as a Youth Supervisor. Being active in different events and reaching out to the youth to encourage them to do what is right and not to be won over by peer pressure. I became very involved with the business side of the church and assisting with fund raisers and special events. I take pride in being there for the saints, encouraging and lifting spirits which might be low. I continue to strive to take on traits and fruits that my mothers have that ran before me so I can be a strong buckle for my generation. I love to sing and dance to the glory of God. Church is my life and also my family's life. My Lord (whom is my Husband) makes sure that church is being manifested within our home.

Education

I finished up my high school years at Grand Prairie high before I went to Tarrant County College where I received my Associates degree in Arts. I then went to University of Phoenix where I accomplished my Bachelors degree in Science and Business Management. I worked in the corporate atmosphere for about 8 years before I decided to take the alternate route to become a Teacher for 4 years. I then decided to pursue my Masters Degree in School Counseling. I am finishing up my first year this year in this new role and I love it.
